This restaurant seems to have unpredictable opening hours. Every time I try to visit, they are closed. I wonder how they manage to stay in business. Perhaps it's time for new management.
I frequently order from JJ's, whether it's in person, over the phone, or through the app. Their sandwiches are always crazy fast and made with fresh toppings. I've always had a positive experience ordering and enjoying their subs. Parking can be a bit tricky, especially during busy times, but it's manageable.
The sandwich was to small for me at that price, never again will eat at that place.
Ordered two large sandwiches for my family to share both were the same (to make things easier). It arrived completely made wrong. I called and asked if they could remake and pick them up. She refused (store manager a women named Nouri) I was offered a $2 coupon after spending $45 for two items made incorrectly. She was yelling most of the time at me telling me they were “big sandwiches” (aka costly) so she didn’t want to refund me. Nasty attitude and poor service. I throw the food in the trash ?
