Had the best experience in this restaurant today. I had decided to visit Pollentropic on my lunch break and after I had ordered my meal, I realized that I had forgotten my wallet at home. When I arrived at the window, I hoped they had apple money available, unfortunately not. To my surprise, the cashier gave me the meal in the house in the window. Your attitude from the beginning was excellent View all feedback.

Three times here. Staff seem sad to work. Once a manager told an employee to find out who takes my order because she said she was not responsible for the front. You forgot minor orders.
