Was there with the family for a day with the animals of the farm, and the restaurant was the obvious option, considering we had heard great things about it. We were not disappointed. I ordered a goat chanfana which was the main dish at the restaurant and I can't say good enough things about it. Amazingly prepared dish. Would obviously return to it and I can't recommend it enough read more.

"After reading the reviews on TA, this was very disappointing. Family run place with obviously home cooked Portuguese food. We like local restaurants frequented my locals and this was such a place. No English menu and they don’t really speak English either! It seems like the Pork bones are their signature dish as every table ordered them! I had them and they were very good. However the fish and the chicken were not good at all. A bit overrated in my opinion- unless you like pork bones, don’t go there. The price is low and there are no frills. Cash only"
