Onion fried rings made with total insecurity. The rings in fact were cut insanely thick as you see in the photo, probably to do before. If you cut so thick in the center you do not cook and also hold too much water inside, once you tooth this water is released and goes to water the crispy part. Wrong just the abyss of frying.
