This particular Potbelly's has a drive thru. However, we always prefer to go into Potbelly's because the atmosphere is so unique. It's fun with a nostalgic feeling. Today was my first and last visit here. Waited 20 minutes for my food, and I'm so disappointed in everything. The ham and cheese barely had lettuce, and a ton of onions. The roast beef barely had any meat on it. And the Mac and cheese seems pretty freaking old. View all feedback.
