What User doesn't like about El Pato Mexican Food:
Breakfast today was not good. I asked for bacon and I got scraps that were rock hard. Very disappointed..... had to put the one star but really they should get no stars. View all feedback.
I had to wait an excessively long time to receive my food in the drive-thru. Each car in front of me took over 15 minutes to get served.
The food was excellent on June 25th, 2022. Whoever was cooking between 2 and 3 did a fantastic job. However, during our other visits, the food wasn't as good.
Has their customer service training been discontinued? The food is good and the prices are reasonable, but the service could use improvement.

I moved to new york and became a stock market broker who is now rich and you know me as Andrew did.
