when they say to be open 8 o'clock for the business, and the place is not even open at 8:15... without being sign open soon then I'm not sure what to say. I can stress that it is early, but if the rest of us are working or the time to come here before work, I do not think it is unfair to expect that the place that says “open at 8 a.m.” to be open at least 8:15.
