Contribute FeedbackDespite some negative feedback about cold food, long wait times, and disorganized service, this McDonald's location in Erin Mills/Millcreek has its perks. The bar table is a plus for larger groups, although lacking a screen for order numbers. Workers' attire and efficiency may be inconsistent. Overall, it's an acceptable spot for a quick meal despite some room for improvement.
The only previous review mentioned a history of cold fries. That is my number one complaint at fast food burger joints. The allowed hold over time under the heat lamp is way too long. So I always order the fries without salt. That way they have to cook them fresh and I can salt them to my taste.I was surprised that they seem to have found a work around to ensure the fries are cold. I ordered them without salt; they came without salt. They came very fast. Too fast to be fresh cooked. Are they keeping a basket of unsalted fries under the heat lamp to frustrate people like me?
Just picked Buy One Get One Free, Came home found only one inside,, I repeat it was only one in side..
This location is usually busy and can be slow at times.. Workers are always on their phone or don't seem to be dressed appropriately (jeans, no hairnets, etc). It's alright
Takes a long time for the food to arrive and when it does it is normally sloppily put together. Now with the make your own burger stuff the approach to the counter is chaos, not thought through at all.
I hadn't visited this location at Erin Mills/Millcreek for over 2 years due to cold fries back then - 2 years later (May 2014), they're still cold! :( Will not be returning to this McDonalds again.
