- aazing! the best kitchen I even tried in the usa. everything was so delicious! Even with all American sauces I honestly don't like, but these are so different Arta lifes at all! chef cook is a magier. hey, chief, if they ever look for a job.
What Madge Kuhn doesn't like about Blue Canyon Kitchen Tavern:
The food is good. But i think its a little pricy for the portion size you get. The specitally drinks are pretty spendy as in most bars/restaurants, its coll they come to your table and shake the martini there. But they only fill the martini glass about half way so that kinda sucked. I would recommend the prime rib flat bread! View all feedback.

I treated myself here. Every bite was delicious! I had a very attentive server, not too much, but he always seemed to know when to be at my table.
Really great salmon and trout dinners! Sean did an excellent job as our server. New dessert menu started this week with several unique choices. Wife said the Creme Brule was quite good.
For the past few years, whenever I want to celebrate someone or something I choose the Blue Canyon. Its solid and consistent. I recommend the steaks because they're cooked for me, a perfect, medium rare. The accompaniments are fully flavored and for some reason I just love them as much as the steak! Thus dessert was cute and delicious. Cookies and hot chocolate on another level
Not quite back to its pre-pandemic glory, but still a solid dinner option for locals. I tried the Jidori Chicken this time, and it was juicy and flavorful with perfectly done fall veggies as a compliment.
