"Love the breakfast here but this is now the third time I’ve ordered through call because I didn’t have the time to wait and they told me when I got there that they ‘forgot to put my order in’ Each time they apologize and put my order in ahead of the other orders but then I sit there for an extra ten minutes while 10+ orders are handed out to other people. I guess next time I should call twice once to order second time to make sure the order was actually put in."
