What Michael J doesn't like about Arby's:
I have visited this restaurant three times now. Each time I visit there is an employee at the drive-through window. As soon as this employee sees me at the menu they walk away from the window and will not take my order. I have pulled up to the window several times only to see Steph standing just out of eyesight talking. Calling corporate in the morning. View all feedback. What Loren Holdaway likes about Arby's:
Cody provided excellent customer service and is so intuitive he was almost reading my mind and got almost every single choice correct for our order except nuggets instead of curly fries but i do like curly fries. View all feedback.
