We went through the drive thru and it took forever. When we got to the window we discovered one, lone employee was doing it all! Our burgers were lukewarm, but I'd 100% give this guy props for trying to do it all. View all feedback.
What Alex W doesn't like about Arby's:
I don't eat red meat anymore, so them getting rid of turkey options is super annoying, especially with the turkey gyro. I ended up getting a crispy chicken club wrap without the bacon. I inspected it by prying the ingredients apart and did not see any bacon. I start eating it, and at the very end, I bite into a piece of bacon. Very disappointing. Waiting in drive-through line between 5 to 7 minutes. When given my change, I was shortchanged $1.
Drive through so I cannot comment on service/atmosphere. The pork rib sandwich and fries were EXCELLENT.
The Hushpuppy Fish Strips were good. Unfortunately the wait time in the drive through was long. Someone needs to put Fast back into Fast Food
The drive thru started slow but the Arby's crew really came on strong and actually was rolling people threw pretty fast!! I had the Cajun fish wrap and it was awesome!! On top of that the wrap was perfect made and was definitely done right! I will definitely be back to this establishment as I was very satisfied with the service and food! Keep up the great work!
Place is disgusting so dirty. Soda machine has mold. Old grease all over the kitchen. Dirty floors.
