Consistency, consistency, consistency. Each plate is delivered with a consistency and eye for detail thats impossible to comprehend unless you visit often and always. Something as simple as edamame? Always steamed perfect and never the wrong consistency. The grilled squid is simply beautiful. The sashimi is perfect in every way, including temperature.
