What User likes about Five Guys:
Five guys in general has gone downhill, this location more so than most. Milkshakes were out and we waited more than 30 minutes for our order even though there was less than ten entire customers. Service staff had a look of apathy and disdain for the world. Burgers got cold waiting for the fries. Don’t know why I keep going back to five guys wanting it to be the place it was 2 decades ago in NOVA. View all feedback.

I stopped in today after a short 3 mile jog place an order for fries. The male cashier took my order probably noticed that my shirt was half sweaty so he offered me complimentary water. I said no but changed my mind to yes thanked him. I waited a nice while for so I went to check on my order the guy who was working on the fries said he didn’t forget mine is coming up next.
