What Kyle W doesn't like about Joe Boccardi's:
Food was alright. Specials are for take out only, even though it doesn't say that. Saw them give the wrong table soup then take it away from them after they already started eating it. They take your food back to the kitchen to put it in to-go boxes instead of letting you do it yourself. Just all kinda strange happenings there. Like I said the food wasn't bad.
