Food was amazing! Service was very impersonal almost felt like I was bothering staff to ask for things…

Wanted to try this place, but unfortunately, I did not get to try any food. I came by tonight without a reservation (if I had known I needed one, I would have made one. Their website makes no mention of reservations). It was just me and one other person. The server seemed very annoyed with us for being there, and we were basically told we could sit at the counter seats or “find another place to go to”, because the tables they had were reserved for a big group. Easily the best sushi in KC! I’m a huge Kobe Q fan and always take friends, family, and out of town guests here whenever I get the chance. Everything on the menu is delicious, from the udon noodles to the sushi to the fried dumplings. You can’t go wrong here. The vibe is immaculate, and it’s usually pretty calm and easy to get a seat.

Great service! Sushi was top notch!! We had a nice display There is a child option as well.
