So disappointed my tenderloin wasn't cooked enough and the crust was like wet greasy flour. The wife ordered a reuben had no thousand island dressing. Then when we called back they wanted me to drive back down there. Offered no compensation for their mistake and the woman on the phone said I am just the bartender. Very nice relaxed atmosphere met out of town relatives for lunch and drinks Lots of food
I live in Sugarcreek for two years and then this was the first time eating at Kross lounge. Their burgers are mouth watering!
First time ever being there food was awesome atmosphere was nice and service was great.
