Oh my goodness, this is probably our favorite restaurant in Columbia, MO. We have been going to the Sub Shop for 40+ years. Lots of history. The vegetarian is to die for. But add bacon and it is even better! We also love the BLT. I am sure other sandwiches are good, but we never get them! It's a hole in the wall, but try it! View all feedback.

Poorest customer service I’ve ever had. Anywhere. Can’t process a refund, can’t listen to the customer, and then when speaking to a manager on the phone she doesn’t apologize and hangs up. I’m not one to complain, but I’ll never go to any of their locations again, these people are abhorrently incompetent View all feedback.
