Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Missouri

The smoothies are great but 70% of the time I come in, they have terrible customer service and all of the employees look like they hate working there. They don’t even greet you half of the time, they just stare at you until you say something.

My order has been wrong the last few times I’ve gone to this location…disappointing.

I usually love tropical smoothie cafe and try to find one in every city I visit but I will not go back here. The service was lackluster and the smoothies were awful. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

We were at the S. Campbell location in Springfield. I was very disappointed in the food. I ordered a Baja chicken wrap and there wasn't any chicken on it, just veggies which were way too vinegary. I told them I'd gotten no chicken in my wrap and I was given a new one. There was quite literally so little chicken on the wrap I thought they'd not put any on again! I guess they aren't raising prices but are giving way smaller portions of chicken, like none one sandwiches.
