AMAZING customer service by Alex! She was so attentive sweet!! They were having issues with one of their ovens we mentioned to her Bo-berry biscuits was the reason we stopped by on our way back to Texas! (I?ve had them as a child in SC and husband has never tried Bojangles) she made it happen!!! The food was delicious! Thank you SO SO SO MUCH!!! ?????? View all feedback.
What Vincenzo Emard doesn't like about Bojangles:
Partner's Chicken biscuit and hash browns were hot and fresh but my ham biscuit was dried out and my fries weren't fresh. Tasted like yesterday's left overs. Service was fast and friendly, but my food made it a bad experience. View all feedback.
