"I have been to a good amount of Jason’s Deli locations around the country and this location, by far, is the best! The manager and the staff are always pleasant and helpful, going out of their way to serve their patrons well. Last night I was getting carry out from this location in Mobile, AL and there were no apple slices on the salad bar it was fairly late in the evening and with COVID, there are shortages of things sometimes) so I thought maybe they were out, but asked anyways if they might be out of them. The lady working on the salad bar said she thought they might be out but said she would go check. She found that they still had a small amount behind the prep counter and gave me some. I could tell that she was trying to pick out the nicest looking ones also, which was both kind and generous of her. I also happened to ask the manager about what type of hummus they use because it looked so delicious and he went and got a container of it to show me the brand; just one more way they go the extra mile. The portion sizes are very generous and the food is always so incredible at this location. I highly recommend you go here to eat! Also, as a side note, the free ice cream/soft serve is one more added tasty treat that I really enjoy and their machine works great! Thank you so much, all you fabulous people at the Airport Blvd. Mobile Jason’s Deli! I work hard for my paycheck and always feel like spending my money here is not wasted, but a great tasting healthy fun experience. I will be back again soon!"

"I docked 1 star because my favorite dish, duck curry, is the most expensive here than any other place across the country I've ever seen. I would love to order it, but for $30, it's a little cost prohibitive. The rest of the experience was fantastic. "Food and service is always great. However the young lady brought the wrong drinks to my car and when I tried to tell her what I had she just walked off, she didn't let Me finish my sentence. A little rude to Me, but she was young and that's my first time experiencing something like this here so I didn't make a big deal. Don't let the long line discourage you because the line move really fast."

"Saraland Al.Surprising experience. Cold/hard fries. burger had hard rolls on places. meat was tasteless and inconspicuous. Girl in the window gave drinks without tops on and drinking all sides. informed the area manager and he didn't seem to really care. we wanted to make sure that we all have our food because they are not able to ensure that they put all the right food in the bags. as I said, very surprising experience."
