What User doesn't like about Hardee's:
2/23/22Went through drive thru before work today because I had very conveniently forgotten to pack a lunch. I had to retrieve the cashier’s name from the receipt. Her name is Shealia. She’s been extremely rude on more than one occasion. I get it, restaurants are understaffed and employees are overworked and quite frankly have always been stressed out, but we were being calm and polite while trying to order. No matter how stressed I was while I was personally working fast food, I always put on the customer service persona and didn’t let my outside problems interfere with my work life.

The food was delicious, but there were some misunderstandings with our order.
I arrived at the restaurant and immediately noticed a manager yelling at someone's face. If that had been my child, I would have left that day.
Everything at the restaurant was great except for the Hand-Breaded Chicken Biscuit. The biscuit was crumbling and the chicken was overcooked and very tough. Despite that, I still appreciate this particular Hardee's location as it is the best one in the area.
The biscuits and gravy were delicious, but the Loaded Omelet Biscuit Combo was disappointing. It only had a small piece of egg and lacked other ingredients.
