What pete m likes about Aroy-Thai Restaurant:
1st review of aroy thai ... around the 10th visit over a 3yr period … lets start with the worst …. the men's toilets are definitely difficult to access and no wheel chair access … cost is approximately mid range and seating is tight … for me that's it !!!! … everything else is great, including the food and service … will return without question. What Viv B doesn't like about Aroy-Thai Restaurant:
As my title says, this is the worst meal I have had in a while. Very disappointed. I'm no master chef and not a super cook, but pad thai included 2 tiny prawns and 2 tiny pieces of chicken hidden in a mountain of bland noodles. I also ordered inedible fish cakes and a red curry. On the upside we could eat red curry, but only as we were super hungry, my husband then proceeded to vomit. Not a great experience. View all feedback.

read moreAroy Thai restaurant offers a mix of reviews, with some diners experiencing a disappointment in the lack of flavor in their meals while others found the food to be nice enough, if not overly spectacular. Some highlights include the tasty Satay skewers, pandan chicken, and pad Thai. Service is generally pleasant with friendly staff, and prices are reasonable. However, some diners noted issues with food being overly sweet, dishes coming out at different times for group orders, and the lack of accessibility for the men's toilets. Despite mixed reviews, Aroy Thai remains a popular choice for those looking for affordable and reliable Thai cuisine in the area.
Friendly and attentive staff. Tasty food at good prices. Could do with decor updates after many years.
