This review is a few months too late, so maybe my feedback is out of date. Nevertheless, something can be learned. Timing was absolutely out of our experience. Some people got their food 10-15 minutes after others. I also observed some auctioning of food at other tables. I was a waiter for several years, and I was told that I never auction food.
