Panda Express - Modesto

So far, the average rating is just 2.3, so one has to assume that the Panda Express is not among the best restaurants of its current guests.

What User doesn't like about Panda Express:
if a customer shows 10 minutes to close and asks if they still have decent food. That's why. the brokkoli looked as if he had grown during a thirsty, the kales chick was also rough. the chow mine was chewy and although contemporary were close to par, the supplements were so bad I didn't even want to eat. next time someone asks if they are still open and the food like this. just say no.
