I love that they offer vegan options! I placed my order ahead of time and just had to pick it up and pay when I arrived. Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed that it has a spacious and very clean interior. I really appreciated the overall experience. What User doesn't like about The Pho:
Thank you for the two options—the pho and spring rolls. However, they weren't as flavorful as I had hoped. I was quite hungry while I was there and ended up paying $60 for the meal. Additionally, the only drink available was water, which I didn’t particularly want. View all feedback.
Though there aren’t many options, each one is delicious! They have vegan pho that has a variety of mock meats (I’ve heard you can order vegetables only if you want to avoid the mock meat), spring rolls that has a delicious peanut sauce, and fried tofu that remind me of fried prawns. They also have a variety of drinks including boba, but I haven’t gotten that.
I love that they have vegan options, order was placed on my behalf, I just had to pickup and pay. Upon entry of the establishment I appreciated that it’s large inside, and very clean. I’m huge on the whole experience so it was most appreciated, staff/personnel were also super friendly. There were a few others eating inside and it was nicely spaced out. The spring rolls totally hit the spot post-run, they were affordable and like others I’ve had before. The peanut sauce was decent, extra points for the peanuts on top as I like that extra crunch! Thankful for the 2 options/ the pho and spring rolls. But it wasn't as flavorful as you'd think. I left there hungry and paid practically 60$ for it. They didn't have any drinks other than water unless I wanted sodas.
I ordered the #1 The Pho Special Combination, and it was delicious. However, I was quite disappointed that it didn't come with the usual toppings such as jalapeños, bean sprouts, basil, and lime. I enjoyed the dish nonetheless, but I can't help but think it would have been even better with the proper toppings. I suppose I should have asked for them.
Firstly, the other place was $3 cheaper and offered a much larger portion. The large pho here barely had enough noodles and meat for me and my 3-year-old, while at the other restaurant, we had plenty left over. I always order the #3 Pho (which includes beef eye round, brisket, tendon, and flank), but I only received around four pieces of tendon this time. Additionally, they didn't provide any sauce or utensils. This experience has made me reconsider my loyalty to this restaurant. I'm afraid I won't be ordering from here again, as it just doesn't seem worth it anymore.
