Staff is friendly, more specifically one of the staff at a time is friendly usually one is out back and the ingredients I ask for at 5:30-6:00 is at the back most times. Bread is over baked more often than not. Better than subway and they don't do frozen vegetables like subway sitting in -45°c containers being frozen and crystallizing and loosing flavor.
