Partner had big breakfast and was not disappointed. I had Spinach, poached eggs on sour dough bread with bacon on the side. It was a very generous portion and delicious. The coffee, double shot flat white was very good. Good value! View all feedback.
What Martin Budden doesn't like about Cafe By The Beach:
Disappointing. I had the dish called Portobello which came with only one small mushroom. The poached egg was overcooked with hard yolk. The bread was stale. The plate had 70% a big pile of spinach leaves and only 30% everything else. The dish was dry: it needed some kind of salsa or other sauce. At least the avocado was ripe. View all feedback.
A lovely place by the beach. We ate here twice while on holiday in Caloundra. My wife absolutely loved the gluten free pancakes.
