Extremely rude employee. I would like to start by saying that at this pastry shop my family and I purchase (after today, we purchased regularly and frequently (breakfasts, desserts, cakes, etc. ; always been very loyal customers. This morning I went to have breakfast with friends. At the time of payment we were served by a sales assistant (the oldest in terms of age, curly hair tending towards blonde who was RUDE to say the least. We asked for the option to pay separately. After a disgusted look he replied yes. To which I told her that I was paying for a cappuccino and a coffee, mistakenly exchanging the coffee for a croissant. After notifying and apologizing for my mistake, the employee, in a rude and disrespectful way to say the least (given the exponential number of customers present replied: oh well...!! . After receiving such a response, I ask to pay the entire bill to avoid these small problems (apparently “very serious problems” in the eyes of the employee . However, the employee almost refuses without explaining why. Moral of the story: after constantly complaining, she accepts payment of the entire bill. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PASTRY SHOP AGAIN.
