"There was a long hair strand when I first ordered. The manager and chef were nice and tried to compensate for it the next day. However, once again, I found the quality of the paneer butter masala dish disappointing. It not only had an unpleasant odor but also tasted as bad as it smelled. While I appreciate your attempt to make up for yesterday's mistake, I'm still disappointed. I couldn't stomach more than two bites and left the dish untouched. I'll be sharing this feedback on the Hyatt website. If you'd like, you can take the dish back to see for yourself. I don't want to jeopardize anyone's job, but food quality is non-negotiable, especially considering the prices we pay. The chef should address this issue promptly before more complaints arise. "Very beautiful restaurant ambiance with calm atmosphere. At first the menu looks expensive but the quantity is almost double in comparison with other restaurants. We ordered 2 vegetables and 1paneer plate for 5 people but it was in good quantity so much food was still left. Service is fast and very descent staff. Good place to dine near small pool and to click photos. Dine inside the restaurant is also a good option."
