"Had a fantastic dinner buffet at the Marriott. They literally give you specialized attention and can customise dishes specifically for you. Chef Amit suggested me to try the Thai curry and I asked for the prawn version of it. He readily made them with no hesitation and the prawn was cooked to perfection. It was super soft!
