"Went for a birthday dinner for my husband, curious to see what Afghan food was like. We were not disappointed! The waitress was friendly and knowledgable regarding the menu and how many dishes to order and the food was delicious, similar to North Indian but less spicy. A lovely relaxed evening, and for the amount of food we had, very reasonably priced. BYO a bonus but they are also licensed. Recommended."

"You can't book but worth while lining up for - near the beach at Mona Vale so you can walk off your indulgences after with a lovely walk along the beach.. The food was delicious - I had the vege burger and delicious potato wedges. The Granola and meat burger ordered by my friends were just as delicious. Coffee perfect. Service great. And a whole lot of interesting homeware and other stuff for sale as well. We stayed chatting for 2 hours as it was showery and not a good day for a walk and they never once tried to get us to leave. Well worth a visit."

"Mario Caruso and staff wow what amazing Pizzeria full of flavours lets just say it's was the best pizza I have in a very long time everything fresh as hats off to you and your girl and staff had a awesome night and I'll be a regular customer for now on so if you haven't been please get your ass there for a great feed and service. "I don't like pizza. My family does so whenever they want it, this is the only place I'll go. The bases are authentic and smoky and delicious, the toppings generous without being slopppy and realllly good quality. The staff always lovely and helpful with my toddler. A great cosy restaurant for a nice dinner out. BYO wine is a bonus too. Don't go past the burrata pizza it's incredible! And the calzone is the best I've tried!"

"I was visiting my son in Sydney and stayed in Collaroy for a 3 week period. Looking for a nearby restaurant I found ZEST in an unassuming building and area just up the road from my apartment. Eating there for 5 nights in a row...it was difficult to move through the menu as everything I tried had to beat their sizzling Angry seafood . Service was quick polite and effective watrons being fully aware of ones needs before one asked. The surroundings look a little tired but the food and experience is a culinary delight Oh I only tried food with reasonable chilli content and was absolutely delighted of the retention of full flavour but with a decent amount of tasty heat."
