The Dutch Bar, formerly known as Chicks, has been serving customers for over 50 years. Whenever I am in Monaca visiting family, I always make sure to stop by. The manager, Julie, and I are from the same neighborhood, so it's always nice to catch up with her. Yesterday, I tried the Italian hoagie and it was delicious - the warm hoagie roll and cheese were perfect. My plan was to save half for later, but it was so good... View all feedback.

read moreI wasn't sure about this place before, but the other night I went and was pleasantly surprised by the great improvements.
The restaurant is wonderful, but the only downside is the smoke.
Very friendly watering hole
