Very child friendly with polite and friendly staff that are really making an effort to make you feel welcome. The pool area is ok with a dedicated small child pool and very warm. The family room had an extra bunk bed which was great, though the bathroom was a bit dated with little chips in the wall and a slightly broken shower door. Food was amazing service was a bit slow, was waiting minutes for service at one stage while staff had a conversation behind bar, rooms were very standard. Reception staff were extremely friendly polite and helpful View all feedback.

"My wife I spent a few days in Monaghan. We were recommended Andys by a stranger. Taking him at his word we went for an early dinner. We arrived warmly greated by Kevin who was front of house. After taking drinks food orders we had a lovely chat with Kevin. He gave us a few tips things to do a round the town. Our starters arrived both had homemade garlic mushrooms homemade mayo. Beautiful and very generous portions so much we could of had 1 and shared it . When our mains arrived my wife took chicken garlic sautéed potatoes I had a burger garlic sautéed potatoes. Many say a burger is just a burger but this was the nicest burger I've ever tasted in my life HONESTLY. Again very large portions but beautifully cooked. Not being rushed between starters mains and enjoying after meal drink this only added to a wonderful experience. Service Food staff hygiene comfort price 10/10. We'll be back ."
