I was here two separate nights. In the first night I had rarely crushed the cowboy ribeye medium in onions and mushrooms. It was great cooked to beat a little too much, but that's not a big deal. Our server was great and I watched and the rest of the servers were the same. Food was ok. Crisp, fresh salad bar fixings. Tender, tasty steaks. Fried veggie plate was mixed.
