While the building they will be using is under renovation, they are working out of a food truck, but the cooking is being done in the existing building's kitchen. It is rare that I get BBQ that is good enough to eat without sauce. I ate my 1/2 lb of pulled pork today and never touched the sauce container. The restaurant has a modern bougie farmhouse feel with tables dressed in black tablecloths and taupe napkins.
