This is a go to convience store brand for me. I purposely see these store out when traveling. The staff is great and all the stuff you expect to find is available. I would give this 5 stars but is it an older store format that looks older and a bit worn. It is time to consider placing the latest format store in Monett. View all feedback.
What jeremy doesn't like about Kum Go:
I went into the store to report an issue with a pump. The issue when you stick the card in the pump and it said remove card it held onto your card and wouldn 't release it. When the manager came out, she said, That 'ss how the pumps work. I 've worked in the gas station industry for several years, and gas pumps don 't hang onto your card when they say remove card now. No changing table in the bathroom despite being one of the only gas stations along 60 hwy in Monett. Cashier was nice when I told him he needed to tell the owner to get one installed. Just a heads up!
This come and go located in monett Missouri was clean and the restrooms were also clean. We asked about dining in the area and they begin to tell us the various different places there was and not the fast food places. One lady highly recommended a Mexican place just right down the road and we went there and ate and it was quite good just like she recommended. We done business at several locations in monett this day and everybody was very pleasingly helpful. Way to go Monette.

I was there at 8:30 P.M. Dec. 30th. The cashier was on their phone the entire time I was in there. When she checked me out, I felt she should have put her phone down. I found this to be very rude. Say what you want about this opinion, but people in customer service need to put their phones down when serving customers.
