I love the customer service. Staff is fabulous! 5 stars for customers service. I give 5 stars for my steak! Soooo yummy! Tender, juicy, perfectly medium rare! And my chicken Cesar is good. However, the rest of the menu seems inconsistent? And there are times they overdo the spices. I LOVE spicy! But sometimes they go a bit much. I just feel food is inconsistent. A friend from out of town wanted a burger so we went to Grain Station. She ended up ordering a BLT and I got the Southwest salad. The BLT looked pretty dull but my salad looked ok when brought out but was really a disappointment.
