Having just had a poor experience at a branch of this chain in England I felt moved to acknowledge the fabulous, friendly service we always get from the team at Cafe Nero Monmouth. They are always helpful, welcoming and attentive to any request. The trays are cleared quickly even when they are busy and they usually say goodbye when you leave as well. 5 stars read more.

Twice we have been here over at least a month and have seen a tramp with his belongings on a trolley in the cafe. This is very off-putting. Staff do not seem to care about it. read more.
