Nice meal and served in a flash. Lots of gravy and pie is a real pastry pie, not a casserole with a topping as you get some places. Cheesy mash was good too. Nice family pub but not too foody, still good for a drink, but no real ale. Large TV screens showing ducks on a pond for some reason. Bit quirky. View all feedback.

When altering the booking from one night to two nights, I received confirmation from the hotel BUT didn’t double check with Booking.com that it had been altered. While this is a problem that couldn’t really be helped, I will adopt a belt braces approach whereby I inform all parties well in advance AND I double check with the hotel one week prior to arrival.The hotel were great.
