My sister and I were on a day trip from Newport, Gwent. Arrived in Monmouth looking for a light brunch, purchased bacon baguettes and hot chocolate at a fabulous price. We were able to sit at the outside tables in sunshine, thoroughly enjoyed our brunch. To be recommended, have yet to try the pasties and cakes : , will save those for our next visit. read more.

Expensive for Pasty but as TREAT we tried a pasty and a bake... pastry was nice but I steak bake only 2 peices of meat a d generally other part of filling was non existent. Chicken bake no better... VERY DISAPPOINTED read more.
