I went here as I saw it on Fred Sirireixs channel 4 programme. This is Michelin star! Absolutely not shoulder of beef was over cooked and dry not happy at all over price and not all locally source. Welsh rarebit tasted horrible over powering flavour they need to rethink how to do that one. And it wasn't warm in there over priced drinks. Fantastic food and service. Small menu of great quality seasonal food. It was all delicious and felt like care had been put into each dish. Service was spot on....
