"All my friends liked this place so I went with them one day. I was shocked at their prices. Ended up ordering soup while I watched what others were ordering. Too pricey for me. Soup was good but serving size smaller than I thought. I was disappointed. Wont be going again I am afraid."

"At first glance this restaurant looks a bit old, but don't let that stop you from eating here. I ordered a burger and coleslaw for lunch. The burger was a bit dry, but the coleslaw was amazing. I enjoyed the service and the atmosphere. Loved the theme of the diner. I will definitely go back next time I am in Orangeville. Service: Dine in"

"First time here and LOVED IT! drive past all the time, cant believe I've never stopped before. Will definitely return many more times. Food was amazing, so fresh and perfectly spiced. That hot sauce . Variety of house made bakery items. Mrs D was so lovely! Warm, welcoming, friendly. Clearly takes great pride in her beautiful restaurant. Enjoyed chatting with her. Please support this well deserving lady when you're in the area! Dine in or take away. Veggie options avails (curried chickpea roti was unreal!"

"Another wonderful family dinner! Our party of 4 were seated in a smaller section off the main dinning room. Although there was a group of 8 near us, we enjoyed some nice privacy. All our meals were wonderful tasting and presented beautifully. We were there just over 75 minutes and we even had dessert."

"First time here and we will be back. Atmosphere has a comfortable elegance with lots of natural light. A side patio is also available. We chose two appetizers. The mushrooms on a thickly sliced baguette were delicious and smothered in a wonderful Marney Sauce. The Caesar Salad was a delightful surprise with it’s creamy textured dressing and an added bit of heat. In addition there were bits Napa cabbage tucked in which added extra crunch and nutrition. We were sharing so they served it in two bowls. This is a must try if you are looking for a Caesar salad that’s delicious and updated to scrumptious! Both mains were served piping hot, beautifully plated and ample portions. Beef bourguignon was tender in a luscious sauce with a variety of grilled/roasted vegetables. As much as I enjoyed the perfectly roasted potatoes in this dish, I couldn’t help but wonder how this dish would be served on a bed of mashed potatoes to soak up all the deliciousness! The Duck breast was sumptuous with celery root purée, vegetables and intensely flavourful au jus. We don’t usually have dessert but sometimes take one home if there is something different. Bingo Rustik Beer Pie. A wonderful crumb crust with a dark chocolate/dark beer filling topped with toasted marshmallow I think). It was like eating a S’mor but with the best chocolate ever! Very reasonably priced for this calibre of dining. Service was excellent! As I said, we will be back as we hear other dishes are must try also."
