Can you give a five star rating to a restaurant in a strip mall? I guess so when the food is unbelievable, the service equals it and you walk out thinking

"Really good, locally produced gluten free pizza crust. Not just a mass store bought crust. Wife got the regular white pizza loved it. I had the GF Hawaiian w hot cherry peppers and pepperoni. It was awesome. Owner was in, took a lot of pride in their store and was super nice. Best pizza in Connecticut?!?"
