Was working in Monroe today, and looking for a slice of pizza. Came upon Lia’s, and was at first dismayed that they were not serving slices. But they got creative during this new normal and now offer a “personal pizza” “in about 5 minutes.” Took a chance. Winner! The 10” pie was fresh, delicious, and way better than any reheated slice! The pizza is some of the best around. No doubt this is something based on my taste. The food is good. Pizza very good. Apps are all decent. The counter staff is always friendly and sweet. They only accept cash from what I saw, and the owner/ cook really needs regain his passion for being there.
