Finally, Monroe has a great Pho restaurant! Great fresh spring rolls, spicy chicken wings and many other great dishes. Still my favorite is Chicken Pho, delicious. If you like the traditional Pho, it's a must try. Not unusual, but delicious. View all feedback.
