What User likes about Sbarro:
Love love somero's food the only bad point I would have is when I ordered they did not give me the breadsticks I ordered or the garlic butter dipping sauce which was something I wanted very much I live so far away it was too hard to go back and get the sauce so I just had to go View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sbarro:
Service was slow. I feel like they need more staff or a better game plan because one person was serving the food and checking everyone out. The food was great but… there was a roach in the forks. The forks were not in a wrapper so, me and the other lady who saw had to go to a different establishment for utensils.. the forks were directly by the food so, it kind of made my stomach then thinking there were roaches on t... Manager moves so slowly. She appears to have no concept of time management or appropriate staffing. She argues with staff. As a result, service is poor.
