I heard the Monroeville location was closing soon, so I drove all the way from Southern Maryland to go see it. I was not disappointed. The food was AMAZING! Customer service was exceptional and the games were awesome. Sizeable location with an awesome exterior to look at. The food isn’t as bad as I thought it would be, even if it wasn’t any good. I think they are understaffed as no one was at the door checking kids when they left like the website said they would. Wasn’t as much to do as I thought there would be. Overall, a little underwhelming for the prices they charge. Kids loved the light up floor. View all feedback.
