What Degan M likes about Shoguns:
Finally tried this place and I must say I'm impressed. The first thing that satisfied me was the customer service. There was an alert gentlemen at the front and he was very helpful and was able to give us the seating arrangement that we requested. The second thing that really caught my eye was the scenery. What Stephen S doesn't like about Shoguns:
The services was absolutely horrible. They forgot my shrimp, on my steak shrimp and chicken. The waitress came to the table, only twice in the matter of an hour. Also for two people we had an 18% service charge before a tip........... Never heard of something of such a thing. Do they even deserve a tip? View all feedback.
