Dairy Queen - Mont Belvieu

I promise you Mt. Belvieu have the best locations. This place is on point every time. Thank you guys

On Saturday night at 10:55 PM, all the lights in the restaurant were turned off. When we arrived, someone interrupted us to say they were sorry, leading me to wonder if they were closing down. The staff member mentioned that it was 11 PM, and we had only two minutes left, but she ended up taking three minutes to attend to us. To make matters worse, the young lady at the window, who was the manager, seemed unaware that they had closed. I told her I would call the next day, which got her attention, and she wanted to know who I was going to contact. If their closing time is 11 PM, they should stay open until then. After our shopping trip at Walmart, we were simply looking for a cold drink, but the level of customer service we experienced was disappointing, especially coming from the manager.

The food was excellent! However, the drive-thru speaker wasn’t working well. The attendant had trouble hearing us and repeatedly got our order wrong. We had to correct it when we reached the service window. Despite that, the quality of the food was outstanding—fresh and served warm!

I visited Dairy Queen today, and I have to say that everything was freshly made to order and tasted really great. The woman who took my order was also very kind.
